  1. Workshop sessions with client, relevant partners and stakeholders. This stage called out key areas of focus and provided the information needed to write the brief 

  2. Brief based on the outcome of the kickoff workshop. Included project objective, look & feel and customer journey.

  3. Articulated the overall design concept, customer journey and key touch-points.

4. Developed, adapted and detailed the design, while integrating client feedback.

5. Based on client feedback, will further develop, finalize and detail the fixture drawings and visualizations. 

6. Retail Design Implementation Manual to be used for store rollouts.
